Privacy policy

TeslaService.co.uk is run by XKey Developments ("we"). This page explains, in plain English, what personal data the site handles. The short version: we collect very little, set no cookies of our own, and never sell data.

What we collect

• Postcode searches. When you use the garage finder, the postcode you type is sent to postcodes.io (a free UK postcode lookup service) to find its location. We don't store your postcode.
• "Suggest a garage" form. The form doesn't send anything itself — it opens your own email app with your message ready to send to us. Nothing you type is stored on this site. If you send it, we receive it like any other email (see below) and use it only to update listings and to reply if needed.
• Emails you send us. If you email tesla@f1rst.co.uk, we keep the message only as long as needed to deal with it.
• Server logs and visitor statistics. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Reviews page embeds YouTube videos in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set cookies unless you play a video; if you do, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

Sharing

We never sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the service providers named above, and only so they can do their job for us. Some of them may process data outside the UK under appropriate legal safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email tesla@f1rst.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
