How to contact Tesla UK (and get a service booked)

Phone number

What is Tesla UK's phone number?

Tesla UK's main number is 01628 450660. It's the same number shown for every official Tesla Service Centre in the UK — individual centres don't have their own public lines, so you'll reach the national team.

Booking service

How do I book a Tesla service?

Through the Tesla app: choose your car, tap Service, describe the problem (photos help), and pick a time. You can change or cancel the booking in the app, and you'll usually get an estimate to approve before any paid work starts. Many smaller jobs are done by Tesla's mobile technicians at your home or work.

Roadside help

Breakdown or accident: who do I call?

Request Roadside Assistance in the Tesla app, or call Tesla on 01628 450660. If anyone is hurt or the car is in a dangerous place, call 999 first. After an accident, ring your insurer before booking a repair and ask for a Tesla-approved bodyshop.

Other options

Can't get a quick appointment?

For anything outside warranty — tyres, brakes, suspension, cabin filters, 12V battery, wheel alignment — a qualified independent EV garage is often quicker and cheaper, and routine servicing elsewhere doesn't automatically void your warranty. Use our finder or browse by town and county. Warranty and recall work should still go to Tesla.
